Nick Depalma

Nick DePalma started their work experience in 2007 as the owner of Highland Flooring and Construction, where they installed flooring, managed home additions, and prepared bids. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as the Plant Manager at Eastern Casket Hardware, overseeing employees and maintaining company policies. Since 2015, they have been with Notch Mechanical Constructors, initially working as a Project Manager/Estimator, then as a Regional Manager, and later as the Director of Direct Plant Services. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President at the company.
