Elizabeth Nicol

Prior to joining Notch Partners, Elizabeth held operational roles at high-growth businesses of various sizes, ranging from an early-stage startup to a global on-line retailer. As Director of Category Development at a home remodeling company, Elizabeth expanded the business into new categories in advance of a successful round of venture capital investment. She led marketing teams at e-commerce companies, including LivingSocial and Wayfair, and was responsible for digital marketing and customer acquisition. Elizabeth started her career in investment research, focusing on the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. She holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA in English from Georgetown University.
