Hannah Griffin

Hannah Griffin is a Senior Associate at Notch Partners, where since June 2022, responsibilities include providing C-suite talent to private equity firms aimed at enhancing competitive advantage through tailored talent ecosystems. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, and a Congressional Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. Additional roles include Camp Counselor at Camp Merri-Mac and an intern at the University of Virginia's Center for Politics. Hannah Griffin holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
