Kristi Steed

Kristi Steed has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kristi has held various roles in different organizations. Kristi worked as a Human Resources Officer and later as a Human Resources Manager at West Vancouver School District from 2000 to 2014. Kristi was responsible for employee and labor relations, recruitment and selection, and employee training and development. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Manager, Employee Relations at University Health Network, where they coordinated HR services for a client group and implemented HR strategies. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Interim Director of Human Resources at Altum Health, a division of University Health Network. Starting in 2018, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at University Health Network, where they provided HR leadership to departments within UHN Portfolio. Kristi also worked as the Manager of Human Resources, providing HR services to both external clients and departments within the organization. Currently, they are working at Notch Therapeutics as the Director of People and Culture.

Kristi Steed holds a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management and Industrial Relations from The University of British Columbia. Kristi also has additional certifications including CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) from HRPA and CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) from CCHRA/BCHRMA.
