NotCo AI is redefining how global CPG companies innovate, renovate and scale products.

For decades, product development has relied physical iteration, fragmented data, and slow decision cycles. NotCo AI replaces that paradigm with a vertical AI platform purpose-built for the consumer packaged goods industry, trained on over a decade of proprietary, high-fidelity data.

NotCo AI integrates ingredient science, formulation intelligence, sensory data, manufacturing constraints, and consumer insights into a single decision engine. By tapping into fundamental workflows across R&D, procurement, operations, and commercial teams, it transforms product development into a unified, data-driven process end-to-end.

From reduced time-to-market to lower development costs and scalable white space innovation, enterprises are turning product dev into a competitive advantage.

Trusted by global leaders including Barry Callebaut, The Magnum Ice Cream Company, Mars, Ferrero and PepsiCo, as well as a joint venture with Kraft Heinz.
