Majo Bastianello

Majo Bastianello is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition & Development Sr Manager at NotCo since August 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing talent development and enhancing leadership capabilities. Majo has also held interim roles, including Argentina People Manager, while building a new Talent Acquisition team for the Latam region. Prior to NotCo, Majo gained valuable experience as an Executive Search Sr Consultant at Amrop Argentina and as an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist at Worley. Majo's educational background includes degrees from Universidad Nacional de Rosario and the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía, along with studies at prestigious institutions such as the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford.
