Patrick Poon is currently serving as Pilot Tech Lead at NotCo since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Process Engineer III at Geltor Inc., Bioprocess Engineer II at Clara Foods™, and Pilot Plant Manager at Ripple Foods. Patrick began a career in bioprocess development with a focus on downstream processing at Amyris, progressing from Senior Pilot Plant Associate to Pilot Plant Associate. Earlier experience includes a position in manufacturing at Chiron Corporation. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2002.
