In addition, Souzan serves as a Strategic Management Consultant at Talent & Training, offering executive training and initiatives for women in leadership. As a Business Mentor at the University of Westminster, support is provided to business management students. Souzan oversees operations as General Manager for Note Cosmétique France and previously managed Vonage Laboratoires. Academic contributions include advising at Brentwood University and teaching positions at IPAG Business School and MBway. Souzan holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from SABI University and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of London.
