Jesse Snipper

Jesse Snipper serves as the Chief Operating Officer at NoteAffect since January 2023. Previously, Jesse held several positions at Community Brands over a span from February 2009 to December 2021, including Director of Events Product Strategy, Senior Director of Product, and Co-founder & President. Earlier experience includes roles as Infrastructure Architect at Gratis Internet, Manager of Information Services at DeticaDFI and DFI International, IT Engineer at CareerBuilder, Network Administrator/Engineer at Tompkins and Associates, Systems/Network Analyst at Carolina Broadband, Computer Consultant at NC State University, and Assistant Network Administrator at Guilford College. Jesse earned a BA in Computers and Communication, and Business Administration and Management from Guilford College between 1995 and 1999.
