Jenny Williamson is an FCIPD qualified Senior HR leader with 25 years of experience in developing and implementing transformational HR programs across various industries. Currently serving as the People Director for Mitie plc, Jenny leads the Group executive functions to deliver tailored solutions for business clients. Previously, Jenny held roles including Global HR Manager at GE Healthcare and Human Resources Director at Costain Group PLC, where significant achievements included reducing employee attrition and overseeing large-scale restructuring initiatives. Education includes a BA Hons in Business Studies, Psychology and Sociology from The University of Northampton.
