Dominic Holt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dominic is the Founder and CEO of Harpoon Corp since December 2017. In 2018, they founded Valerian Technology and served as the CEO, providing fractional CTO services to multiple companies, venture capital firms, and private equity firms. Dominic performed technical due diligence for billion-dollar private equity firms and developed technical strategies for various organizations. Dominic also advised Docker, Inc as an Advisor starting in July 2022. Dominic served as a Fractional CTO for various companies including Metronome LLC, NoticeNinja, and Corridor Capital. In their role at Omni Federal, Dominic was both a Fractional CTO and VP Engineering, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth and breaking into new customer segments. In March 2017, they obtained the "Deep Learning" certification from Google through Udacity. Dominic also acquired the "Amazon Web Services Developer Fundamentals" certification from Pluralsight in April 2014. Prior to that, they successfully completed the "Experimental Cyber Immersion Training & Exercises (EXCITE)" certification offered by Lockheed Martin in December 2013. Additionally, Dominic undertook some coursework related to entrepreneurship and innovation. Dominic participated in the "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" course offered by the University of Maryland College Park, along with the "Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach" course offered by the University of Washington. Dominic also completed the "New Venture Finance: Startup Funding for Entrepreneurs" course from the University of Maryland College Park, although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
