Erik Carlson

Erik Carlson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Notified. Before stepping into his current role, Erik held several key executive positions at both Notified and its predecessor, West Corporation, over a span of more than seven years—including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Operating Officer.

A seasoned executive with extensive experience in private equity-backed environments, Erik has a proven track record of leading complex business transformations, scaling operations, and driving value through multiple successful exits. His background also includes time as a consultant in PwC’s M&A practice, where he developed deep expertise across the full investment lifecycle—from mergers and post-close integration to operational turnarounds and long-term value creation.
