Katerina Lipkova

Katerina Lipkova is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing HR programs and implementing strategic HR initiatives across various global organizations. Currently serving as HR Program Manager at Notino, Katerina drives the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and Top Employer Certification. Previously, Katerina held significant roles at Hitachi Energy, where responsibilities included overseeing HR projects for the HV division across multiple continents and managing strategic HR functions, including talent management and labor relations. At ABB, Katerina facilitated the transition of HR functions during the company’s transformation and has a strong foundation in recruitment and human resource management, evidenced by earlier roles at PPL. Katerina holds a CIPD qualification in HR Management from the National College of Ireland and a Master's degree from Masaryk University Brno.
