Mariana Stanigut has extensive experience in human resources and retail management, currently serving as the Country Head of HR at Notino since November 2017, where responsibilities include collaborating with the leadership team on human resource strategy, talent management, and supporting HR generalists. Prior to this role, Mariana worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Generalist at Notino, overseeing HR administration in Romania. Mariana's retail management expertise includes serving as Store Manager for Notino and previously at Pimkie, Starboard Cruise Services, and SC Raffaelli World srl, focusing on operational supervision, sales strategies, and enhancing customer experiences. Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București and a high school diploma in Natural Sciences from Liceul Teoretic C.A. Rosetti.
