Michal Masika is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and data analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Product: Mobile and Innovation at Notino since August 2019, Michal leads the strategy for mobile apps, achieving a 4-5x revenue share increase over 18 months. Previously, Michal held positions at Notino, including Head of Mobile and Innovation and Head of Sales and Analytics, where responsibilities encompassed defining product and business strategies and managing IT projects. In addition to a role as Founder of the mathematical portal Dr. Matika, Michal co-founded and served as CEO of Tutorland, an e-learning platform. Prior experiences include leading data initiatives at Atelier Goldner Schnitt GmbH and developing data-driven products for Zalando SE. Michal holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Munich and has also contributed as a Udacity Code Reviewer and Research Assistant in economics.
