Bo Sun is an accomplished leader in customer success, currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Success at Notion since October 2025. Previously, Bo spent over a decade at LinkedIn, where leadership roles included Head of Customer Success for North America and Global Accounts, Director of Global Accounts and Professional Services, and Head of Insights for North America. During this time, Bo successfully led a global team of approximately 100 Customer Success Managers and was instrumental in developing data-driven consulting strategies to enhance customer engagement and ROI. Prior experience also includes consulting at The Boston Consulting Group and a role in international strategy and business development at Hulu. Bo holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
