Chrissy Winter

Chrissy Winter is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Onboarding Program Manager and L&D Programs at Notion since June 2021, while also acting as Executive Operations Partner to CEO Ivan Zhao and Head of Engineering Michael Manapat. In addition to this role, Chrissy has been a Certified Strengths Coach at Gallup since July 2019, providing coaching and development for individuals and teams. Prior experience includes various positions at Gusto where responsibilities spanned Learning and Development for different departments, and serving as Executive Operations Partner to COO Lexi Reese. Previous roles at Google, AlliedPRA Northern California, Madrone Studios, Evolve Discovery, and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society further shaped Chrissy's diverse skill set. Chrissy holds a B.A. in Communications from San Francisco State University and an A.A. in Sociology from Santa Rosa Junior College.
