Chad Bush

Chad Bush has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Chad began their career at Best Buy in 1999, where they worked as a Product Process Manager before being promoted to Sales Manager. During their time at Best Buy, they focused on employee engagement and meeting revenue targets. In 2007, Chad joined Circuit City as a Store Director, where they were responsible for managing overall profitability and creating a sales-oriented culture. After leaving Circuit City in 2009, Chad worked at Big Lots as a Store Manager, ensuring compliance with policies and optimizing workflow. Since 2015, Chad has been working at Notions Marketing, starting as an Operations Manager and progressively moving up to Senior Operations Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Operations. At Notions Marketing, Chad has been instrumental in maximizing productivity, improving operational efficiencies, and achieving key business metrics.
