Div Pillay

Div Pillay is the CEO and Co-Founder of MindTribes, an equity and inclusion management consultancy dedicated to fostering systemic change for underrepresented groups. With expertise in behavioral economics, psychology, and qualitative data research, Div has a rich background in People & Culture roles across Australia, Asia, and South Africa, spanning over 14 years before founding MindTribes in 2012. Recognized as an AFR 100 Woman of Influence in 2018, Div serves in various leadership roles, including as a Board Director at VicHealth and as National Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce. They are a passionate advocate for diversity and equity, actively working to create inclusive environments within organizations and communities.
