Pooja Sanghvi

Pooja Sanghvi currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at NOTO - Healthy Ice Cream since November 2023. Prior to this role, Pooja was the Lead Talent & Culture at BabyChakra under the Good Glamm Group from February 2019 to April 2023. Pooja also held the position of Manager HR at Sandip University from March 2016 to July 2018, at PAM Systems Private Limited from April 2015 to October 2015, and at Spire Tanks and Vessels Pvt. Ltd. from July 2011 to September 2015. Pooja's expertise encompasses HR planning, industrial relations management, payroll management, statutory compliance, appraisal processes, and retention strategy planning. Pooja obtained a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2011 and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the same university in 2008.
