Tami Bumiller

Tami Bumiller is a seasoned executive recruitment professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Search Consultant at Noto Group Executive Search since September 2019, Tami specializes in recruiting for director, VP, and C-level positions within outdoor, sporting goods, fitness, and natural products sectors. Prior to this role, Tami held multiple HR leadership positions at Eddie Bauer from February 2000 to November 2018, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources, focusing on business turnaround strategies. Tami’s operational expertise was further developed as Director of Operations for World Wrapps and as a Regional Manager for Hamburger Hamlet Inc. A graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, Tami combines HR leadership with a strong operational background.
