The notOK App™️ was created by sister-brother team Hannah and Charlie Lucas to provide support for teens and young adults struggling with depression and other mental health concerns. Reaching out to someone when you're anxious, depressed, suicidal, or in physical pain can be hard. A new app aims to ease that challenge. Available for iOS and Android, the notOK app lets you quickly sends a text message to people close to you if you need their help to deal with a physical or emotional issue.
