NoToVir is an Italian biotechnology company focused on the development of innovative therapies for HPV-related cancers. Our lead asset, Selisistat, is a first-in-class SIRT1 inhibitor with potential as a targeted radiosensitizer and chemosensitizer.
We aim to address a major unmet medical need by restoring tumor suppressor activity in HPV-driven malignancies through a precision oncology approach. Our development strategy begins with HPV-positive head and neck cancer, with plans to expand across multiple indications where a shared molecular mechanism supports a built-in pipeline.

We are currently preparing a Phase IIb clinical trial and are actively engaging with investors and partners to accelerate Selisistat’s path to market.
