Chryscynthia Jackson has a diverse work experience. In 2009, they obtained a high school diploma from St. Francis High School.

Moving on to higher education, Chryscynthia enrolled at California State University-Sacramento in 2011. Chryscynthia graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Communication with an emphasis in digital media and minoring in Business Analytics. During their time at California State University-Sacramento, they also obtained a Certification of Completion for the Arts and Letters Professional Seminar Series in March 2015.

Additionally, in September 2012, Chryscynthia completed The Certification Program for Yoga of the Voice at The Vox Mundi International Schools.
