Donald Dorson

Donald Dorson is a seasoned technology specialist with extensive experience in educational and customer support environments. Currently serving as a Tech Specialist at Notre Dame Academy Los Angeles since May 2018, Donald delivers comprehensive help desk support for approximately 650 users, manages a significant number of devices, and handles audio-visual needs for school productions. In addition, Donald has held the position of IT Director at Kadima Day School since 2006, where responsibilities have evolved to support a growing tech infrastructure. Prior experience includes working as a Mac Genius at Apple, providing customer support and repairs, and as a Systems Tech at Sea World Ohio, overseeing electronic systems. Donald holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
