Connor Stease is the Director of Compliance at Notre Dame College. Prior to that, they were an Intake Specialist at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, a law clerk at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office, and an intern at ESPN Cleveland.
Connor has always been interested in helping others and making a difference in their community. After graduating from college, they decided to pursue a career in law. Connor started out as a law clerk, researching legal issues and drafting documents. Connor then transitioned to working as an Intake Specialist, bridging the gap between the community and the referral lawyers. In their current role as Director of Compliance at Notre Dame College, Connor is responsible for ensuring that the college is adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
Throughout their career, Connor has gained valuable experience working with people from all walks of life. Connor is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Connor is also highly organized and detail-oriented, which helps him to be successful in their compliance role.
Connor Stease's educational career began at Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School. Connor then went on to study Sport Management with a Minor in Business Administration at the University of Dayton. Finally, they attended Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree.
