Judy West

Judy West is the CHRO & Title IX Coordinator at Notre Dame College. Judy has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including positions at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and as a HR Team Leader for mergers and acquisitions. Judy has a deep understanding of welfare and compensation plans and HR Generalist functions. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the college's human resources department.

Judy West attended Notre Dame College for their degree in Special Education and Teaching. Judy then went on to get their Compensation Certification from the University of Michigan. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Management from Ursuline College.

They work with Culeen Carey - VP, Advancement, Connor Stease - Director, Compliance, and Alicia Gallucci - Co-Director, Performing Arts & Assistant Professor, Music.
