Victoria L. is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology and education, serving as adjunct faculty at both Notre Dame de Namur University and Palo Alto University. As co-founder and executive director of Hawai'i Behavioral Health Connection, Victoria L. contributes significantly to mental health initiatives. With a background as an affiliated scholar at the Stanford Clinical Excellence Research Center and holding the title of Design, Innovation, and Clinical Entrepreneurship Fellow, Victoria L. is dedicated to advancing clinical practices.
