Deirdre Vance

Deirdre Vance is an experienced educator with a strong background in leadership and special education. Currently serving as the Retired Principal at Notre Dame Elementary School since July 2019, Vance previously held the position of Principal at St. Nicholas Catholic Elementary School from September 2015 to June 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant focused on Equity, Faith Leadership, and Student Engagement with the York Catholic District School Board from February 2011 to February 2014, and work in special education at St. Max from September 2009 to February 2011. Deirdre Vance holds a Master of Education degree from Charles Sturt University (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Education degree from Queen's University, Belfast (1985-1988).
