Sharon Blaine has over two decades of experience in nursing management and leadership roles within healthcare facilities. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing and MDS Coordinator at Notre Dame Health Care Center Inc. since January 2016, Sharon previously held the position of Sub Acute Program Manager at Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehab from October 2010 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, Sharon served as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Life Care Centers of America from 2000 to 2010.
