Gene J. Taylor

Gene J. Taylor currently serves as the Director of Risk Management & Campus Public Safety at Notre Dame of Maryland University, where the focus is on maintaining safety through constant patrols and building relationships within the university community. Taylor has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Board Member at L.T.R. Foundation, and has been an active member of the Local Emergency Planning Committee through the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Emergency Management. Taylor has extensive experience in operations management within the NFL and led safety and security programs at the National Aquarium. With a strong background in emergency management and public safety, Taylor's educational credentials include certifications in Incident Management Systems and Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute, along with studies at North Carolina State University and Walt Disney World University.
