Heather Lamb

Heather Lamb, Ed.D, serves as a Workplace Well-Being Specialist, Keynote Speaker, Author, and Executive Coach at Dr. Heather Lamb Consulting, focusing on cultivating psychologically safe and productive work environments. In addition to this role, Heather holds the position of Associate Faculty and Dissertation Chair at Notre Dame of Maryland University, guiding doctoral candidates in their research journeys. With extensive experience in education, including roles as a Visiting Assistant Professor and an Adjunct Faculty member in early childhood education, Heather has contributed to curriculum development and teaching. As the Founder and Director of SEEK, a non-profit organization, Heather empowers at-risk adults through education and training.
