Michael Kollbaum

Michael Kollbaum has a diverse work experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Michael started their career as a Marketing Representative at NOTS - Norrenberberns in 1997 and later became a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for LTL sales in a specific region. Michael then joined NOTS Logistics in 2004, initially as Vice President of Sales and later as Vice President / Managing Partner. In 2008, they moved to NOTS - Norrenberns Truck Service as Vice President of Pricing and Business Development. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Unishippers as a Senior Sales Representative, analyzing and implementing cost-saving strategies for supply chains. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Logistics at NOTS Logistics, where they provide customizable warehouse and transportation services to clients. In addition to their full-time roles, they also work as a Freelance Transportation Consultant to enhance management and customer service skills.

Michael Kollbaum began their education at Oak Forest High School from 1987 to 1991, where they pursued a general education. Following this, they attended South Suburban College from 1992 to 1994, earning an Associates in Science degree with a focus on Science and Math. From 1994 to 1997, Michael studied Science, specifically Zoology in secondary education, at Eastern Illinois University.
