Tara Waggoner

Tara Waggoner is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at NOTS Logistics, LLC, since March 2022, Tara oversees HR information integrity, supports employee inquiries, manages attendance tracking, and administers FMLA/STD/WC processes. Prior to this, Tara held the role of Human Resources Manager at First Bank of Dalton from October 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee orientation, policy development, and compliance management. Tara also served as a Human Resources Representative at Stark Carpet, focusing on HR and benefits administration. Tara's career began in the banking sector, with roles ranging from Licensed Personal Banker at Wells Fargo to various positions at BB&T and Delaware National Bank.
