Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi
Tiesha Williams has extensive experience in various roles within customer service and management, currently serving as Membership Services Manager and Assistant Tribal Court Administrator at the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi since March 2012. Prior to this, Tiesha held positions at FireKeepers Casino Hotel as a Marketing-Players Club Representative and Marketing Intern, and gained logistical experience at Target. Earlier career roles included Dietary Aide at Holland Home and Banquet Server at McCamly Plaza Hotel. Tiesha earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from The Robert B Miller College and holds an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design from Kellogg Community College, with additional studies at Grand Rapids Community College and Eastern Michigan University.

The Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi is a federally recognized Tribal government with more than 1,600 enrolled Tribal Members. The NHBP main offices are located at the Pine Creek Indian Reservation near Athens, Michigan, with additional offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan. While NHBP seeks to improve the lives of their Tribal Members, NHBP also looks for ways to improve the lives of those around the NHBP Community. There are many events, programs and activities for NHBP Tribal Members, staff and Community members to attend throughout the year. The unity that NHBP purposely focuses on is meant to create a more diverse, accepting and caring culture.
