Clarissa Cole

Clarissa Cole is an experienced professional in debt recovery and social care with a strong background in supporting vulnerable populations. Currently serving as Debt Recovery Lead at Notting Hill Genesis since July 2021, Clarissa has managed hundreds of high debt cases while holding various roles including Contract Officer, Housing Officer, and Income Officer. Prior experience includes working as a Nursery Nurse at NHS and as a Key Worker at Street Support, where Clarissa provided support for young people in care, focusing on education, employment, and life skills. Additionally, Clarissa has worked as a Support Worker for Stepping Out Social Care and served as a Nursery Assistant through PRS Childcare Recruitment. Clarissa holds a degree in Childhood and Youth Studies from the University of Bedfordshire and is a Front End Developer, having completed a program through edX in early 2023.
