Natalie Quilter

Natalie Quilter is an experienced HR Operational Lead and Diversity Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead at Notting Hill Genesis, where achievements include developing a wellbeing strategy, launching an ED&I action plan approved by the Greater London Authority, and delivering comprehensive gender and ethnicity pay gap reports.
