Walid Saeed has a comprehensive background in project management, business analysis, and strategic planning within the housing sector. Walid started their career at Notting Hill Housing Group as an ICT Project Officer before advancing to the role of Senior Business Systems Analyst and later as a Transformation Project Manager. In 2018, they transitioned to Notting Hill Genesis as a Programme Manager overseeing a merger integration program and eventually became the Head of Business Analysis - Change and the Director of Planned Investment, where they led strategic asset management, disrepair services, and sustainability programs.
Walid Saeed completed their GCSE at George Orwell School between 1991 and 1996. Walid then obtained a BSc (Hons) in Computer Aided Engineering from London South Bank University from 1999 to 2002. Later, they pursued an MSc in Business Information Management at the University of Westminster from 2009 to 2011. Walid Saeed also received various certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), and others over the years.
