Jacquie Beacroft is a seasoned professional in customer experience and housing management with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as the Customer Experience and Insight Manager at Nottingham City Homes since June 2016, Jacquie previously held the role of Customer Relations Manager-interim. Prior to this, Jacquie was the Former Head of Neighbourhoods at Gedling Homes from November 2008 to March 2016, and also served as Area Housing Manager at Gedling Borough Council from 2000 to 2008, leading initiatives in tenancy management, customer engagement, and homelessness. Earlier in the career, Jacquie was the Housing Policy Manager at South Kesteven District Council, supporting the Housing and Planning Committee.
