James Chantler

James Chantler has extensive experience in IT support and technical management, currently serving as the Senior IT Technical Support Analyst at Nottingham City Council since June 2014, where responsibilities include managing the Technical Services Support Team. Prior roles at Nottingham City Council encompassed positions as IT Technical Support Analyst and IT Service Desk Analyst, with an initial apprenticeship leading to a solid foundation in IT service management compliant with ITIL standards.
