Lee Mann

Lee Mann is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across public sector organizations. Currently serving as the Strategic Director of HR and EDI at Nottingham City Council since November 2023, Lee has previously held positions such as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the Department for Work and Pensions. Additional expertise includes overseeing people operations at the Valuation Office Agency and leading talent initiatives at the Cabinet Office. Lee's career began in operational and project roles at the DWP and includes a Master's degree in Strategic HR Management from Nottingham Business School and a Bachelor of Laws from The Open University.
