Rav Kalsi

Rav Kalsi currently serves as the Head of the Leaders’ Office at Nottingham City Council since April 2025. Prior to this role, Rav was the Principal Executive Officer and Director at the University of Nottingham from August 2023 to April 2025. From September 2008 to August 2023, Rav held various positions at Nottingham City Council, including Performance and Improvement Manager and Executive Officer to the Leader of the Council, where responsibilities involved strategic development, policy advice, and project leadership in local government. Additionally, Rav served as Councillor Support Manager and as a School Governor at Southwold Primary School from October 2019 to June 2023.
