David Neilson

David Neilson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at Nottingham College since May 2018. Prior to this role, David held the position of Vice Principal (Finance & Planning) at Fife College from August 2013 to March 2018 and served as Assistant Principal/Director of Finance at Carnegie College from May 2004 to July 2013. David also worked as Finance Director/Company Secretary at Essentia Group Ltd (formerly Network Scotland) from May 1988 to May 2004. David holds an Associate Membership from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has a Diploma in Industrial Administration from Edinburgh Napier University, complemented by a B.Sc. in Social Science from The University of Edinburgh. David's educational journey began at Larbert High School and continued at Perth Academy.
