Gary Mcginty

Gary McGinty is an experienced estates and facilities professional with a diverse background in strategic management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Estates and Facilities at Nottingham College since July 2020, Gary leads the development of services across a complex estate. Previously, as Head of Asset Management at David Ross Education Trust, strategic estate management was provided for a multi-academy trust, focusing on new school developments and compliance. Gary has held positions such as Estates & Facilities Manager at Croda and Senior Project Manager at Allman Woodcock Limited, where oversight of multiple projects across education, housing, and hospitality sectors occurred.
