Yasir Rafi

Yasir Rafi serves as the Head of IT Service Delivery at Nottingham College since January 2020, leading an IT Service Delivery team to ensure excellent customer service for students, staff, and stakeholders while shaping the strategic direction of technology initiatives. Prior to this role, Yasir was a Project Manager at Expede IT Solutions Ltd from November 2017 to January 2020, successfully delivering all projects on time and within budget. Yasir's extensive experience at Kingston University over 13 years included roles such as Campus End User Manager, Audio Video Architect, and Project Architect, where significant contributions were made to digital transformation and IT infrastructure projects totaling £27 million. Yasir holds an MSc in Information Systems and a BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Brunel University London, complemented by A-Levels in Electronics, Physics, Maths, Further Maths, and Urdu from City & Islington 6th Form Center.
