Adrian Shortt

Adrian Shortt has a diverse background in community safety and wellbeing, currently serving in roles at Nottingham Community Housing Association as a Wellbeing professional and as a Team Leader at EQUANS UK & Ireland since July 2022. Previously, Adrian has held various positions including WPS at ENGIE – UK & Ireland, Incident Response Officer with the City of Manchester Council, and Residential Prison Officer at the Scottish Prison Service, where responsibilities involved managing custody and care for adult male prisoners. Additionally, Adrian worked as a Hurst Ward Enforcement Officer for Tameside Council, focusing on crime reduction through high visibility patrols. Adrian's career commenced in the British Army with the Royal Irish Rangers from September 1988 to October 1996. Education was completed at Grange Community College.
