Jody Caudwell

Jody Caudwell is an accomplished football professional with extensive experience in coaching and player development. Currently serving as the Head of Coaching and Player Development at Nottingham Forest FC since June 2017, Jody previously held roles including Coach Developer at The Football Association, where support and delivery of the FA coach education pathway were key responsibilities. With a strong foundation in elite coaching, Jody has developed young talent at the academy level and through various coaching positions, including U19 FUTSAL Coach and Centre of Excellence Coach at Burton Albion FC. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Elite Head of Coaching from the University of Portsmouth and a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science & Technology from Sheffield Hallam University.
