The Operations and Management team at Nottingham Forest FC oversees the day-to-day and strategic functions essential to the club's success. Responsibilities include managing medical and IT services (Head Of Medical, IT Manager, Head Of Information Technology), brand development and design (Head Of Brand & Design), and fan engagement (Head Of Fan Engagement). The team also coordinates ticket sales and services (Ticket Office Manager, Assistant Ticket Office Manager), hospitality operations (Hospitality Manager), and general club administration (Assistant Club Secretary, Interim Director Of Operations), ensuring seamless matchday experiences and effective club operations.
