Joelle Davies

Joelle Davies is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic growth, regeneration, and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Group Manager for Growth, Infrastructure and Development at Nottinghamshire County Council since November 2021, Joelle previously held significant roles at Gedling Borough Council, including Head of Regeneration and Welfare, where responsibilities included overseeing major capital projects and implementing a comprehensive restructuring of service teams. Earlier roles at Bassetlaw District Council involved leading regeneration and investment initiatives, as well as managing planning processes for key development sites.
