Vikki Baker

Vikki Baker is an experienced Learning and Skills Manager at Derbyshire County Council since November 2002, specializing in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Workforce Development, Teacher Education, Coaching and Mentoring, Quality Improvement, and serves as the Safeguarding Designated Lead. Additionally, Vikki has been an ATS Reviewer at The Education and Training Foundation since August 2018 and previously held the position of Deputy Director of Adult Learning at Nottinghamshire County Council. Vikki's expertise is further complemented by a Master of Arts in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from The Open University, along with various leadership and coaching qualifications from The Institute of Leadership and Management, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Advancing Pedagogy from the University of Sunderland.
